Ranges, not a price list — and the reasoning behind them

Custom intelligence has no standard SKU. What we can be precise about is how we structure engagements, what drives cost up or down, and what you own at the end.

Four ways to work with us

Which one applies depends on a single question: do you want to own the system, or do you want us to operate it? Everything else follows from that.

One-Time

Build Fee

₹75K – ₹5L+one-time

A one-time fee for creating a complete AI system. Research, architecture, knowledge engineering, development, testing and deployment. Ownership transfers fully to you at completion.

Includes
  • Research & Problem Framing
  • System Architecture
  • Knowledge Engineering
  • Development & Training
  • Testing & Evaluation
  • Deployment
Build once. Own it.

Ongoing

Monthly Retainer

₹10K – ₹25K+/month

You own the system. RebellionTech continuously improves it. Used when a client owns the intelligence and wants ongoing evolution — knowledge updates, feature additions and performance improvements.

Includes
  • Knowledge Updates
  • Prompt & Policy Improvements
  • Workflow Enhancements
  • New Feature Development
  • Monitoring & Support
Build once → improve continuously
Any owned system needing ongoing improvement
Infrastructure Entry

Setup Fee

₹4L – ₹10L+one-time

Used when entering RebellionTech infrastructure. Covers full discovery, architecture design, integrations and initial deployment into a managed intelligence environment.

Includes
  • Discovery Sessions
  • Architecture Design
  • System Integrations
  • Configuration
  • Initial Deployment
Infrastructure onboarding
Enterprise AI platformsMulti-agent deployments
Active Operation

Infrastructure Subscription

₹1L – ₹1.5L+/month

RebellionTech actively operates your intelligence systems. We run, monitor, engineer knowledge and continuously evolve capabilities. Used when the intelligence is too critical or complex to hand off.

Includes
  • Knowledge Engineering
  • Evaluation & Monitoring
  • Optimisation
  • Hosting & Infrastructure
  • Vector Retrieval Systems
  • Capability Evolution

A note on naming. Not every recurring fee is an Infrastructure Subscription. A retainer for ongoing improvements is a different thing from operating critical knowledge, retrieval and analytics infrastructure day to day. We use the term only when that is genuinely what is happening — otherwise it is a Monthly Retainer and it is priced like one.

Estimate your engagement in five questions

An indicative range built from the same factors described below. It is a rule of thumb, not a quote — but it is the same rule of thumb we start from.

01

Who runs the system once it works?

This is the question that decides your engagement model. Everything else only moves the number.

Estimate0 / 5

Answer the questions on the left and a range appears here, along with the engagement model that fits and what is driving the number.

Nothing is sent anywhere. This runs entirely in your browser.

Decision framework

The one question that decides everything

Answer it honestly and the engagement model picks itself.

If RebellionTech disappeared tomorrow, would the system mostly keep working?

Complexity

Technical complexity tiers

These describe the depth of engineering in a system and drive project cost. They do not decide the engagement model — a Tier 2 system can run under either one.

Tier 1

AI-Powered Business Systems

Intelligence applied to existing business workflows. Language-model systems with orchestration layers built on your data, processes and domain knowledge.

₹50,000 – ₹2,00,000

Tier 2

Domain Intelligence Systems

Deep domain specialisation. Adapted models and custom pipelines engineered around the nuances of specific industries and problem types.

Tier 3

Proprietary Intelligence Platforms

Full research and development. Proprietary models built from scratch on domain-specific data. For organisations solving novel problems that demand custom-trained intelligence.

Tier is not the engagement model. Tier describes how deep the engineering goes. The question on this page decides whether you engage through Build plus Retainer or Setup plus Subscription. They are independent choices.

Cost factors

What actually moves the number

There is no price list, because there is no standard project. These six things decide where in the range you land.

01

Problem Complexity

Novel domains require more research. Well-understood domains require less. The harder the problem, the deeper the investment.

02

Data Requirements

Do you have clean, labelled data? Do we need to build labelling infrastructure or generate synthetic data? This affects cost significantly.

03

Custom Architecture

Adapting existing models versus building from scratch. Custom architectures require more research, training cycles and validation.

04

Integration Complexity

Real-time requirements, edge deployment, existing infrastructure — these all affect implementation scope and ongoing cost.

05

Domain Expertise

How much do we contribute to problem framing? The less domain knowledge on the client side, the more RebellionTech must provide.

06

Timeline Flexibility

Urgency has a premium. We do not rush research — but if urgency is required, it is priced accordingly.

No discounts, no surprises. These ranges reflect real cost. Custom intelligence is expensive because it is real engineering work, and we do not compete on price. Once the audit is done, the number we quote is the number you pay.

How an engagement runs

From first email to running system

Every phase has an exit condition. If a phase cannot clear it, we stop and say so rather than carrying the problem forward into the next one.

Timings are typical, not contractual — a Tier 1 assistant can clear phases 02 to 05 in six weeks, while a Tier 3 platform will not. The audit in phase 01 is what tells us which one you are.

Phase 01 stands alone. The architecture audit is a self-contained deliverable. Take the document, build it yourself, or take it to another firm. There is no obligation attached and no pitch at the end.
